Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is a famous American actor. She's appeared in a variety of TV and film shows, such as "Christy", a comedy about a teenage girl named Christy Huddleston. Kellie Martin is most famous for her performance as a protagonist on her role in the Hailey Dean Mystery Series. Born to a department store buyer and a kindergarten teacher, Martin began her acting career in the age of seven years old when her aunt who served as an nanny to Michael Landon's children helped her land her a role in the series of 1982 'Father Murphy'. Following her graduation at Yale University she began to take acting seriously, landing roles on both the smaller screen as well as on the big. Martin is, in addition to being a skilled actress and dancer, is also a skilled ballet photographer. Martin's sister, who died due to Lupus aged 19 inspired her to become the Lupus the national spokesperson.
